As we all continue to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out and share the actions that Friendly Pets is taking in order to keep our customers and employees safe. As your trusted partner in pet products, we are committed to delivering the incredible shopping experience that we are renown for and for which you know us for.

Hygiene standards for our customers, staff, work environment, and products are and will always be a top priority. However, as the situation evolves, we have taken additional actions to ensure that our entire organization is here to serve you in the safest way possible. All of our staff is prioritizing good hygiene practices and our products are made in a secure and sanitized facility.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the likelihood of an infected personal contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. However, in order to further protect you (our customer) and our employees, we are putting in place additional safety screenings so that you can continue to enjoy a healthy quarantine and receive your packages as fast as they can arrive! Due to the added safety screenings and health checks, some of our packages and products may take slightly longer in shipping.

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is now free for all our beloved customers! 

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States, Australia, China and Canada. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouses specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please expect your shipping times to differ slightly more than usual.
 
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually take 8 to 14 business days! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays caused by COVID-19 it can sometimes take up to a month. It depends what you purchased and where you live! We ensure you that we have a very tightly knight team of amazing customer service people looking after every order. If you feel your order is taking too long or longer than expected, don't hesitate to send us an email via the contact us form!
 
4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? IT HAS BEEN A MONTH!
While some of our beloved Pet Lovers and customers have received their packages in under a week, there are cases where your product can take additional time to arrive. We have had situations where unfortunately a package has taken approximately 25 days to arrive. Why does this happen? Some packages may experience shipping delays, custom issues, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce our pet products. If it does not arrive in 8 weeks upon shipment, we can help reship your order or refund you, guaranteed! :) 

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? 
We ship from different parts of the World using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
